I know this is going to sound odd. But I was listening to an good old song just now and remembering how much it meant to me in the past and how unlike many songs that I have linked with certain males, this one stands alone, without an emotional complication. I'm not sure if that's because of the male that is involved or if I'm finally growing up...or that this song just holds so much truth that it's beyond all that relationship bullshit and just is.
For some reason, I listen to it and I feel more like myself and that I know who I am, then I have in a long time. That also could be circumstantial and a sign that at 20, I may finally be showing some maturity.
I just thought I would put this out in the world, but if you want to form your own opinon go listen to it.
